NEW RUGER SR566 RIFLE EQUIPPED WITH TROY INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS

West Springfield, Massachusetts-based Troy Industries is pleased to have contributed to the development of the new Ruger® SR-556™, a two-stage, piston driven AR style rifle, which was unveiled by Strum, Ruger & Co., Inc on May 15, 2009.

After consulting closely with Ruger during the development of the new rifle, several Troy-designed accessories were implemented in the final product, including Troy Industries rugged, high-quality Folding BattleSights. The sights can be quickly opened or folded down with a push of a button.

The Ruger SR-556™ is also equipped with Troy Industries one-piece ten-inch Quad Rail handguard, designed exclusively for Ruger. This   handguard provides ample room for mounting sights, optics and accessories.

In addition, three Troy Industries Rail Covers provide a comfortable, ergonomic hold while carrying or shooting the Ruger SR-556™.
