Any Product manufactured and sold by Troy Industries, Inc has a limited return policy. Any product bought from Troy Industries, Inc. located in West Springfield, MA has a thirty (30) day return policy from date of shipping. The amount to be refunded is the invoiced amount of the product.

.Items returned up to forty-five (45) days can be returned with a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee comes off of the invoiced amount of products.
