When Folded height is .460 off the
rail, and is so low profile we have not found a optic yet that it would
not fit under. In the up positions the apertures are the same as the
factory sights.

Yes, the can be put on the rifle
by simply removing the lower rail. It needs no extra parts or assembly
to attach it. *** Railed mounted grenade launchers will also work with
the lower rail still intact.
Does the Troy Folding Battle Sights Co-witness ?
Yes. The Troy Rear Folding Battle
Sight is made to co-witness with standard "A" frame front sight tower,
or with any pictinny rail mounted folding or non folding front sight.
They are ideal for co-witnessing though any
of the EOTech Holographic weapons sights or AimPoints (they may work
with other optics not listed above).
